Products
Every product in the Pan Am Shop is made by a licensee of Pan Am Global Holdings, LLC, under a licence that covers the product you see. The licensee makes it, sells it and ships it.
Collaborations are pieces built with a partner whose own name sits alongside the globe, such as the LEGO Douglas DC-3, the Timex Waterbury Ace and the Flōra Travel Wellness Kit. They are made in runs rather than carried as a permanent line, and the collaborations page links through to each partner for the current release.
Buying
The Pan Am Shop is a showcase. Each product is sold on its maker's own store, so the button opens that product page in a new tab. Your order, payment, shipping and returns are with the maker.

How buying works
The Pan Am Shop is a showcase of the licensed collection. Each product is made and sold by its licensee, so the button on a product page opens that product on the maker's own site, where the order, payment, shipping and returns happen.
Shipping, returns and support
Each licensee ships its own products and sets its own shipping, returns and exchange terms. Those terms are on the licensee's site, where your purchase is made, and questions about an order go to the licensee you bought from.
